Since 2016, Thrive Early Learning Centres has experienced significant success and growth. About The Centre
Thrive ELC, Picton is our newly purpose built centre in the Macarthur region of South West Sydney.
Operating Monday to Friday between 7am and 6pm, our centre is licensed for up to 64 children per day, aged 6 weeks to 5 years old.
About The Role
We are looking for a fully qualified educator to lead a team in the toddler or preschool room.
We are looking for a professional educator with experience in programming and the ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive learning culture within the centre for children, families and educators.
You will be joining a supportive team where your ideas, input and voice is not only heard but welcomed and encouraged!
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Have sound knowledge of and demonstrate high-quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Work in positive collaboration with all members of the team.
- Maintain effective communication with parents/carers.
- Actively contribute to the educational program through conversations, observations, and documentation.
Successful candidates will have:
- A completed qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
- A current NSW Employee Working With Children’s Check
- Sound and practical working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standard (NQS)
