Therapy Alliance Group (TAG) is on a mission — to help more people live their best lives — and we want YOU to join our extraordinary team!
We’re not your run-of-the-mill allied health organisation. We’re a vibrant, multidisciplinary crew delivering exceptional therapy services for children and adults across our community.
Right now, we’re searching for a Speech Pathologist to join us in 2026 with heart, passion, and a genuine desire to make a difference. Join our New Grad program and we’ll equip you with the tools, support, and career pathways you need to thrive.
Why Join the TAG Team?
We see your potential – Your unique skills and strengths matter here. We’ll support you, value you, and celebrate your wins, with performance-based remuneration to match.
Level up your skills – Enjoy a fully funded Professional Development budget ($2,500) PLUS paid PD leave each year.
Work-life balance – We give you dedicated admin, prep, and reporting time each week, plus flexible work-from-home options for some shifts.
Next-level support – Four times the standard level of supervision for new grads, plus individually tailored mentoring for all clinicians.
Career progression – From emerging clinician to leadership roles, presenting workshops, or specialising in your passion area — your growth is our priority.
A culture you’ll love – Think team days like The Amazing Race, dress-up days, and our legendary Easter Egg Hunt. We work hard, have fun, and look after each other.
Everything you need – Your own therapy space, quality resources, and all the tools to do your job well.
Bonus Leave – Enjoy an additional weeks leave and use it for mental health days, birthdays, PD or cash it out.
