The Swim Factory Australia has recently opened their 5th Learn To Swim facility. We would love for you to come and join us in our mission to teach infants and children to swim!
Immediate starts are available for qualified instructors with both permanent and casual hours available. We can offer
- paid training to ease you into programs and processes
- ongoing support, training and development opportunities.

Whether your preference is to teach LTS, infants and toddlers or higher levels (or all of the above!) we can help you attain qualifications with hands-on support from experienced instructors
- Learn to Swim Instructor (including higher levels). You will be teaching swimming and water safety to independent swimmers from ages 2 ½ upward with an emphasis on safety, fun and skill development.
- Infants (babies & toddlers) Instructor. You will be teaching water familiarisation and basic swimming and water safety to parents/caregivers as well as their little ones from ages 3 months
About you
• You have or are willing to obtain, your relevant swim qualifications, hold a valid CPR and Working with Children Blue Card.
• You love working with people
• You are positive and flexible
• You are passionate about teaching water safety and being a role model for people to look up to
Applicants with weekend and after school availability are very highly regarded.
