We’re now on the hunt for a Production Manager to help take our in-house manufacturing facility to the next level.
About the Role
We’re seeking a hands-on, solutions-oriented Production Manager to oversee the daily operations of our newly established manufacturing facility. This role requires a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow alongside our evolving production needs.
You’ll be responsible for managing production workflows, ensuring quality and compliance, leading a team, and helping to shape the operational standards that support our growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets and timelines.
- Ensure regulatory requirements, SOP & GMP standards are maintained to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance and other departments to ensure a seamless production process.
- Identify and resolve quality issues proactively.
- Analyze production data to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and drive cost savings.
- Champion lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity.
- Promote a culture of safety through regular audits and compliance with safety protocols.
- Lead, train, and mentor production staff, fostering a high-performance team environment.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Advanced certifications in production management are a plus).
- 3–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within food, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Proven track record of team supervision and managing production processes.
Skills & Attributes
- In-depth knowledge of production operations, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for process improvement.
- Comfortable interpreting technical documents, SOPs, and compliance standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
This role is a full-time on-site role with flexibility required during busy periods (including potential for extended or weekend hours).

Salary
- Base salary of $75-$85K experience dependent.
