Compensation: $24 – $30 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Part-Time | Permanent – Monday to Friday | Availability between 6:30 am to 9:00 am & 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm
Vacation Care Hours: 6:30 am to 6:00 pm during school holidays

About the Role:
As an OSHC Educator, you will deliver enriching before and after school programs, as well as engaging Vacation Care activities. You’ll support the emotional, social, and cognitive development of school-aged children while collaborating with a team committed to exceeding care and education standards.
Your Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage children in a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment
- Plan and facilitate fun, age-appropriate activities
- Foster positive and open communication with children, families, and your team
- Contribute to daily routines and ensure smooth, child-centered transitions
- Collaborate with fellow educators to deliver exceptional care
- Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and sector regulations
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a motivated, nurturing educator who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about supporting children’s learning and wellbeing.
You’ll need:
- Full Driver’s License
- Availability from Monday to Friday
- Certificate III, Certificate IV or Diploma in Children Services (for Qualified roles).
- Current Working with Children’s Check.
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain them.
