Village Manager & Maintenance Coordinator – Wadeye NT

• On-site Furnished Accommodation provided

• 6 weeks leave + 17.5% leave loading

• NFP Salary packaging (tax savings on $15000)

• Relocation assistance

TDC Wadeye are recruiting for an experienced couple for our Village Manager & Maintenance Coordinator roles at our Accommodation Village located in Wadeye. The Village includes 80 rooms, communal kitchen, gym, laundry, dining room and hire car facilities.

The Village Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the village including staff management, facilities management, budgeting, stock control, WHS, licencing and employment and training of local indigenous staff.

The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for general upkeep, repairs & maintenance of the Village and other TDC staff accommodation (off-site). They will lead a small local team, providing on-the-job supervision, training and mentoring.

About you

• Experience in accommodation management / general maintenance, handyman (respectively)

• Experience working in remote, residential, or community-based settings

• Leadership, mentoring or supervisory experience highly regarded.
