We are looking for a friendly, professional, and proactive Student Support who wants the flexibility of part-time work. We are offering a casual or fixed-term role for up to 3 years with the possibility of renewal. This front-line role plays a key part in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for our students, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front counter and be the first point of contact for all in-person enquiries.
  • Respond to student queries via phone and email in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Assist with organising and supporting student activities and events to enhance student engagement.
  • Provide quality support services to help students settle into their studies and life in Australia.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with general administrative duties as required.
  • Coordinate mail, supplies, and office logistics as required.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative work as required.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in reception, administration, or student services (experience in an educational setting is an advantage).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine interest in student support and engagement.
