Role Overview:

With teams in the US, Australia, and now the UK, we’re building momentum across the world and we’re looking for a creative, driven Marketing & Engagement Specialist to lead the charge in our UK market.

This is a unique opportunity for someone with marketing experience who’s ready to step up, take ownership, and be the heartbeat of our UK marketing activity. You’ll work closely with our marketing teams around the globe and external marketing agency, bringing our story to life, building brand visibility, and helping us connect with legal professionals in fresh, engaging ways.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the go-to marketing contact for the UK coordinating local campaigns, content, and activations in collaboration with our global team and agency.
  • Bring our brand to life across social media, emails, events, and thought leadership with a special focus on LinkedIn and legal industry audiences.
  • Craft and adapt engaging, high-quality content from social posts and newsletters to campaign copy and event invites that speaks directly to UK legal professionals.
  • Support and localise multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, leads, and product adoption in the UK market.
  • Coordinate UK-based events, webinars, and partnerships, ensuring we show up in the right places with the right message.
  • Track engagement metrics and campaign performance, turning insights into action.
  • Stay plugged into the UK legal and tech landscape, spotting trends, opportunities, and community conversations worth joining.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success in the UK to support lead nurturing, onboarding, and retention journeys.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or content; ideally in a start-up, tech, or professional services environment.
  • A confident communicator with strong writing and storytelling skills, someone who knows how to make complex topics clear and compelling.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn, HubSpot, or Canva.
  • Highly organised and proactive, comfortable juggling multiple tasks and timelines.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-moving, international environment.
  • Curious about the legal tech space and excited to make your mark in a growing category.
