Perhaps not as flashy and alluring as working for a fashion company or food brand, but we are good at what we do and steeped into the future of AI. Our culture is collaborative, curious, and built around people who take initiative and enjoy learning new things.
Right now, we’re looking for a marketing wrangler (officially: Growth Operations Coordinator), to join the team and help us get stuff done.
What the Role Looks Like
This is a hands-on role where you’ll work directly with a nationally famous CMO to execute a real growth marketing plan across multiple channels. It’s ideal for someone early in their career who wants to learn quickly, take ownership, and gain broad experience.
You’ll be involved in:
- Creating and publishing content (blogs, social, newsletters, basic video)
- Managing our social media presence
- Supporting the rollout of events (online + in-person)
- Assisting with digital advertising and campaign coordination
- Updating website content (no coding needed)
- Using AI tools to boost productivity and output
- Light design work in Canva (or similar)
You don’t need to be an expert in all these areas – but you do need to be willing to try, learn, and take responsibility for moving things forward.
Working hours are flexible – 24 hours a week, over three or four days per week, or just work school hours, potential for full-time.
You Might Be a Great Fit If You:
- Are a recent marketing grad or early in your career
- Have created content, managed socials, or used design tools (even in uni or as a side hustle)
- Communicate clearly and confidently – not afraid to make small talk, pick up the phone and call a random person who doesn’t know you etc.
- Are organized, adaptable, not afraid to ask questions, accountable and not afraid of owning up to failures or mistakes (they are going to happen)
- Understand that marketing for tech companies is often more about clarity and trust than catchy slogans, emotional content and flashy design
Bonus points if you’ve had exposure to:
- Canva, Adobe, or simple video editing programs like CapCut
- CRM or email marketing platforms (Active Campaign, Hubspot etc)
- Social media ad platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.)
- Google Ads or Analytics
- ChatGPT or other AI tools
