We are currently seeking a full time Prestart Consultant to join our growing Prestart team based in Osborne Park. Experience in customer service and excellent communication skills, is essential to be a successful candidate.

The Role:

The role of a Prestart Consultant is an administrative heavy role conducting prestart meetings and being the first point of contact in the client/building relationship. Your role will be to foster great relationships, provide sublime customer service and effectively manage the client relationship from the commencement of signing a building contract to the beginning of construction.

This includes being the key point of contact between customers and all other major areas within the Company including sales, drafting/estimating, approvals, scheduling and construction throughout the pre-start process. The person will leverage their exceptional product knowledge of interior and exterior products and finishes to assist customers achieve their desired finish within their budget. Additionally, the person will capture any client concerns or complaints, prepare change requests and allocate relevant resources for resolution.

About you:

  • Passionate about customer service – and we mean really passionate!
  • Strong communication skills
  • High level of organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under tight timeframes.
  • Friendly
  • And you will possess a current police clearance, or be willing to obtain one within 3 months of service.
  • Experience in Click Homes is desirable but not essential
  • The successful candidate will demonstrate their exceptional product knowledge of interior and exterior products and finishes to assist customers achieve their desired finish within their budget and provide an enjoyable construction journey throughout the prestart process.
