Summary:

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to improve the company’s product line while ensuring the production process is efficient and cost-effective.
- Work closely with the production and sales teams to identify potential areas for product improvement and new product development.
- Analyze product performance data, customer feedback, and sales statistics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure that the company’s products comply with quality standards and regulations.
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and customer service to develop and implement product plans and strategies.
- Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape and make recommendations for product improvement.
- Conduct training sessions for team members to ensure that they understand product specifications, market trends, and other relevant information.
- Prepare reports and presentations to senior management to present findings, recommendations, and action plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or a related field.
- Prior experience in product management, market research or analysis, preferably in the Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain industry.
