Support Worker

Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to provide assistance and support to individuals in need. Responsibilities:

• Provide emotional and physical support to participants in need
• Help participants with meal preparation
• Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
• Accompany participants to appointments and activities
• Maintain accurate records of services provided
• Communicate effectively with participants, families, and healthcare professionals
• Monitor and report any changes in a participant’s condition
• Provide a safe and comfortable environment for participants

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
