Chef de Partie – Dural Club (Dural)

Description

We have exciting opportunities for a Chef de Partie to join our Group working at our Dural Club location located at 662A Old Northern Rd, Dural NSW 2158. The Chef will be working across a 7 day roster.

As a member of our team, you will have a passion for providing high quality food in a timely, efficient, and consistent manner.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain menu planning, stock and ordering requirements.
  • Ensure minimal wastage for all food outlets.
  • Ensure that the cafe will meet or exceed operational, service and OH&S procedures, systems, and general requirements.
  • Servicing a lunch and dinner menu – including pizza, pasta and bistro offerings.
  • Preparation and management of catering for regular functions

About you:

  • Passionate about cooking food to the highest standard.
  • Experience in Functions and event days.
  • Highly reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Experience as Chef De Partie, Commi Chef or a similar position either in a Hotel, Restaurant, or club environment.
  • Relevant trade qualifications and experience in commercial cooking (desirable).
  • RSA qualification or willing to obtain (desirable).
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Ability to drive and have own transport – due to the location of the venue, there is limited access to public transportation.
