Our Hotel

The Role
We are seeking a friendly, professional and diligent Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team! You will be trained across the various Food & Beverage outlets, however you will start your training in our Fax Bar on the AM shifts. This is a part time opportunity for 3 – 4 shifts per week.
About You
You have a can-do attitude, are energetic and professional, with a passion for hospitality and creating unforgettable moments for guests. You will have exceptional customer service skills and understand sequence of service. This role will require the ability to work a rotating roster including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and public holidays.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- The ability to demonstrate and deliver 5-Star service with a can do attitude
- Previous experience in a similar role or 5-Star hotel environment will be viewed favourably
- A valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card or interim certificate
- An understanding of the cultural sensitivities and dietary requirements of our guests
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment both independently and in a team
- Barista experience is viewed favourably
Australian Working Rights
You are required to have ongoing working rights for this opportunity. We welcome student visa holders, however you must be available Monday – Friday for AM shifts.
Pay Rates
Our rates are as per the Hospitality Industry General Award. This is a part time, Level 2 position.
