About Pace Farm Pty Limited
At Pace Farm, we’re proud of our strong family values that have guided us since the 1970s. From humble beginnings, we’ve grown into one of Australia’s largest egg producers, delivering the freshest, tastiest eggs nationwide. As the leading supplier of farm-fresh eggs and egg products, our mission is to continue setting the standard in the industry by valuing our people and equipping them with the skills to deliver top-quality products and service. With egg-citing growth and expansion on the horizon, now’s a great time to join us and be part of our continued success!

Key responsibilities include

- Managing or assisting with the daily farm routine across multiple sheds
- Leading or supporting a small team, including a 2IC, in a hands-on environment
- Ensuring vaccination schedules are followed
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment (including using pressure washers)
- Overseeing manure management and assisting with packing operations as needed
About You
Ready to trade the city grind for fresh country air and a role that truly matters? At Pace Farm, we’re on the lookout for passionate, hands-on leaders to step into Farm Manager and Assistant Farm Manager roles across several of our regional farms including Gloucestor, Newcastle region & West Wyalong.
