Here’s the Deal:
- 👩🏫 Hands-on mentoring: Work side-by-side with experienced PMs who’ll show you the ropes, answer your questions, and help you grow fast.
- 🧠 Real learning: Dive into property software, systems, inspections, and client comms—no coffee runs or filing cabinets here.
- 🧩 Team-first structure: You’ll be part of a team, not just “support.” You’ll be valued, included, and involved in real work from Day One.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Liaising with tenants, owners, trades, and other stakeholders
- Learning the ins and outs of property compliance, leasing, and inspections
- Helping manage repairs and maintenance (Tapi will be your new best friend)
- Supporting the team to deliver outstanding service
- Chipping away at KPIs (with support—not stress)
- Prepping to eventually manage your own mini-portfolio
Who We’re Looking For
- 🎓 You’ve recently completed your REIWA qualification (yay!)
- 🧡 You’re a people person who’s passionate about property and keen to grow
- 🚘 You’ve got a valid driver’s license and reliable wheels
- 💬 You’re confident communicating with clients and curious about learning the tech side
- 🧠 You’re ready to build a career, not just a job
