CNC Router Operator

Job Summary:

The CNC Router Operator operates and maintains Computer Numerical Control (CNC) routers used to cut, shape, and carve wood or other materials for furniture production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC routers to cut and shape materials based on technical drawings and design specifications.
• Load and unload materials on the CNC machine.
• Program and adjust machine settings for specific tasks (e.g., cutting, engraving).
• Monitor the operation of the machine, ensuring parts are produced accurately and on time.
• Perform routine maintenance on the CNC machine and troubleshoot any issues.
• Inspect finished parts for quality, ensuring they meet design specifications and quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with CNC routers or similar machinery.
• Strong understanding of CAD/CAM software and machine programming.
• High attention to detail and quality assurance.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
