The Opportunity

We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development / Relationship Manager to drive Mortgage Manager relationships, originate quality lending opportunities, and be a true partner to the third-party channel.

You’ll be joining a high-performing team that values strategic thinking, a solutions-based approach, and above all – genuine relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, engage and grow relationships with mortgage managers

• Drive loan volume growth through proactive BDM activities

• Present product solutions tailored to our Third Party Channel/client needs

• Work closely with credit and operations to ensure seamless service

• Represent the brand at industry events, PD days, and networking opportunities

• Provide market feedback to help shape product and process improvements

About You

• Proven experience as a BDM or Relationship Manager within non-bank or specialist lending

• Proven experience in writing home loans

• Deep understanding of credit, loan structures, and mortgage distribution

• Clear communicator with a customer-first mindset

• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment

• Passionate about non-bank lending and making a meaningful impact
