We are currently seeking a Senior Conveyancer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and draft a comprehensive range of conveyancing documents, including contracts of sale, Section 32 statements, settlement adjustments, and associated correspondence.
• Manage start to finish conveyancing process, liaising effectively with clients, agents, legal professionals, and relevant authorities.
• Conduct property and title searches and review all relevant documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Use electronic platforms such as PEXA, SPEAR and Duties Online.
• Address and resolve issues or queries that may arise throughout the conveyancing process.
• Maintain accurate and thorough file notes and documentation.
• Deliver exceptional client service and maintain clear communication throughout the conveyancing journey.
What We’re Looking For
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in conveyancing, with a deep understanding of Victorian property transactions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear, client-friendly manner.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in LEAP, PEXA, SPEAR and Duties Online platforms.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently.
• A proactive, client-focused mindset and a team-oriented approach.
