Digital Project Manager – Remote

Description

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects in multiple time zones and multi-cultural environment

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure proper execution of projects

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and within budget

• Lead planning, design and implementation of projects.

• Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements

• Manage project budget and resource allocation

• Implement, manage, monitor, and support validated IT systems, physical and virtual servers, core network devices, storage solutions, and backup solutions in line with Operating Level Agreement for data retention and restoration

• Ensure applicable security patches are installed on IT systems under management

• Apply security remediation actions when required

• Provide capacity planning forecasts for IT components, recommend improvements to drive down costs and improve efficiency

• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using the appropriate framework

• Respond to alerts and take appropriate actions to ensure the performance of IT systems under management

• Act as the escalation point for incidents and requests applicable to IT systems under management

• Anticipate, mitigate, identify, respond to, and resolve problems affecting IT systems performance to ensure business continuity

Qualifications

• Over 5 years + infrastructure and/or Digital project management experience

• Minimum 3 years experience in large, complex business

• ITIL Experience, Prince 2

• Extensive senior stakeholder engagement

• Third-party vendor management

• Strong experience in agile and waterfall project management methodology

• Jira and Confluence experience

• Certifications (MCSA, MCSE, Azure, Cisco, Comptia Network+)

• Install, manage, and configure Microsoft physical and virtual systems

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft server management tools (SCCM, SCOM, MEM, etc.)

• Familiar with ticketing systems, incident, and request management
