The Lifebridge Board
Lifebridge has an experienced Board which currently comprises eight Directors. Three of the current Directors will reach their maximum tenure in November 2025, and we plan to recruit two new Directors in 2025 to ensure good continuity. The current Directors have a wide range of experience on other boards and in executive roles, and we pride ourselves on our positive, collaborative and inclusive culture. The Board is supported by a qualified and highly experienced Company Secretary, and we also have a highly experienced, committed and passionate CEO.
Board meetings are quarterly, alternating between in-person and via Teams. In addition, there are Board Committee meetings and professional development activities, also largely using Teams. Meetings are usually held during business hours. The total time commitment for Directors is approximately 4 – 8 hours per month.
Lifebridge pays Director a stipend of over $6,000 plus super per annum, plus reimburses expenses. It also may fund relevant professional development.
