Due to an ongoing and expanding project portfolio, we are currently inviting applications from experienced Design Draftspeople with a strong passion for innovation and design, and a drive to deliver high-quality project solutions within a team of like minded professionals.

What you will need – Technical
- Diploma in Mechanical or Civil/Structural Engineering, or desire to work towards
- Trade, industry or technical background within the mining industry
- Demonstrated 3D modelling and drafting experience using Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD and Navisworks, or similar design packages
- 3D scanning and processing experience will be highly regarded
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong practical mechanical aptitude
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate to advanced IT and computer skills
What you will do
- Participate in the development of design solutions across multi-disciplinary projects ensuring statutory and technical compliance
- Collaborate with fellow team members, project professionals and clients to develop innovative, practical and costs effective project solutions
- Review and check designs, models and drawings to ensure compliance with client specifications and applicable standards
- Interpret drawings and technical reports to extract relevant information for engineering and design considerations
- Concept and detailed 3D modelling and design drafting
- Self-monitor progress of allocated project tasks against agreed schedules
- Site inspections, measurements and 3D scanning

Salary range of $75-$90,000 per year, commensurate with applicants experience.
