Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from start to finish while ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Skills:

– Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager

– Strong leadership and communication skills

– Excellent time management and organizational skills

– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

– Knowledge of building codes and regulations

– Proficiency in project management software

Responsibilities:

– Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets

– Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders

– Monitor project progress and ensure timelines are met

– Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and safety compliance

– Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process

– Manage project finances including tracking expenses and approving invoices

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s degree preferred)

-Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager in the building & construction industry

-Certification in project management is a plus

-Knowledge of OHS regulations
