We’re looking for a motivated professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and communicates confidently with clients at all levels, both in person and over the phone. Your new role is diverse, with a mix of project and field work. You’ll provide customer support via our service desk, responding to incoming support requests and attend client sites to support on premise technical requirements. Your focus will be on responding to server / network escalations and technical project delivery for a range of clients generally sized between 10 – 200 users.

In this position, you’ll:
- Provide expert technical support to clients
- Provide support in maintaining our cloud environment—contributing to the management of our data centres in Geraldton and Perth
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical clients
- Remain composed under pressure and proactively solve problems as they arise
- Embrace professional development opportunities and willingly share knowledge with your team
- Travel to regional areas as needed to support our clients
Skills & Qualifications
- Microsoft certified, (may include Security, Azure, M365)
- Understanding of Microsoft Windows Server and its management roles
- Windows Hyper V / Microsoft Office 365 support experience
- Experienced in Microsoft Intune
- Efficiently manage configuration of desktops and server related roles (exchange, AD, DNS, DHCP, Terminal Services, etc.)
- Knowledge of cloud and backup infrastructure
- Fundamental understanding of networking and firewall configuration
- PSA experience preferred
- At least 3 years’ experience in a professional ICT environment
- A current driver’s license
