We are seeking expressions of interest for exceptional administrators to join our highly successful sales teams as Team Managers, across all our offices. This role requires someone with demonstrated leadership skills who can drive the business plan strategies of our Harris Elite Sales teams. You will also be responsible for delivering consistent and stellar customer service to clients, steering the marketing and social media strategies of your team, managing the team’s budget, and performing administration duties on a daily basis.

There are so many exciting things happening at HARRIS. Within our fast-paced and innovative environment, in this role you will be responsible for….
• Coordinating appointments and tracking appointments for the team
• Coordinating agent marketing and project managing campaigns
• Coordinating styling, trades, and suppliers
• Being a point of contact for Vendors and Buyers
• Coordinating the listing through to the settlement process
• Providing general administration assistance for the team
• Maintaining the team’s accountability for targets and KPIs
WHAT YOU WILL BRING…

• Experience in real estate administration (desirable)
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly developed attention to detail
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-pressure work environment
• The ability to manage a dynamic working environment
• An initiative driven mindset and ability to work independently
• Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and sound attention to detail
• Strong technology skills and ability to adapt to a variety of systems
