Lead and develop a growing team of Occupational Therapists in Melbourne, where we fly to rural and remote parts of Australia each day helping the limited services that exist in the bush!
You’ll mix your time between leadership, development, practising and building strong relationships within and outside the group. The most important part of this role is that you’re a leader first; guiding, enabling and building your team, sharing best practice across the group to ensure the highest standards of clinical care and a strong team culture.
