About the role
As Picking Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for leading, motivating, and supporting a team of pickers to ensure daily harvest targets are met — safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll work closely with the Harvest Manager and be hands-on in managing the day-to-day operations across our glasshouse harvesting areas
What you will be doing
- Supervising and coordinating picking teams
- Monitoring performance and productivity to meet business goals
- Providing training, coaching, and ongoing support to team members
- Conducting regular checks and adjustments to optimise output
- Collaborating with other supervisors to ensure smooth site operations
- Supporting a positive team culture and encouraging continuous improvement
