The Role:
As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll be at the heart of our user experience strategy. You’ll frame opportunities, uncover customer insights, and design scalable, intuitive interfaces that help users reach their fitness goals—while supporting the business in delivering real impact.
This role is hands-on, collaborative and strategic. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, Network and Business Development. You’ll also help shape how our organisation approaches research, UX delivery and design systems at scale.
What you will be doing:
- Design and iterate digital experiences across key customer journey squads (e.g., Facility & Network user journeys)Lead lean research initiatives to reduce UX risks and validate product assumptions
- Create UX artefacts (e.g., journey maps, prototypes, task flows) to improve shared understanding
- Help support the Product and IT team to establish best practices in user research, usability testing and formulating a systems thinking approach to improve the design function
- Conduct audits and recommend improvements across registration, onboarding, and engagement flow
- Influence the execution of digital experiences to be aligned to agreed UX principles with the business (Simplicity, Intuitive, Scalable, Accessible, Evidence-driven, Cost-conscious)
- Build and evolve a scalable design system and UI component library
- Contribute to a culture of curiosity, collaboration and continuous learning
About You:

- Eager to grow and evolve alongside the team and broader business.
- Able to move quickly, adapt to feedback, and learn from experience.
- Practical, solutions-focused, and able to make the most of available resources.
- Skilled at selecting the most effective tools and methods to solve design challenges.
- Meticulous attention to detail in the creation and delivery of user-facing designs.
- Motivated to track and understand the impact of design decisions on both users and the business.
- A solid toolkit that consists of: Figma, FigJam, Confluence, JIRA, Maze, Dovetail, HotJar, Heap, Google Analytics
