About the Role
As Brand Manager, you’ll take the lead on planning and delivering strategic marketing campaigns across multiple dealerships and channels. You’ll work closely with OEM partners, dealership leadership, suppliers and internal teams to ensure brand alignment, retention, campaign execution and customer experience excellence.
This is a hands-on, full-scope role across brand, digital, event and retention marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategy across Toyota, Hyundai, Kia, and our 4×4 store.
- Serve as OEM Brand Champion, ensuring alignment with brand standards and co-op campaign expectations
- Attend on site meetings with key management across our locations in Lidcombe and Croydon, with all travel costs covered
- Manage the group’s digital presence including social media, websites, and EDMs
- Create content and lead planning for organic and paid campaigns across Meta, Google and other platforms
- Monitor and respond to guest reviews and reputation metrics using Podium, reporting on sentiment and campaign impact
- Oversee dealership events, community sponsorships and activations
- Ensure all Phil Gilbert websites are up-to-date, SEO-optimised and brand compliant
- Collaborate with media buyers, creative agencies, videographers and suppliers
- Submit OEM marketing plans, post-event and ROI reports in partnership with OEMs
- Support People & Culture with employer branding, recruitment marketing and internal communication
- Track marketing KPIs and deliver monthly performance reports and insights
About You
You’re an experienced and digitally savvy marketer who knows the automotive landscape. You bring creative flair, commercial thinking, and a drive to improve processes and brand impact. Experience in leading a team is preferred, as you will be responsible for guiding a small marketing team and ensuring effective collaboration to deliver key brand initiatives.
You’ll have:
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing, with automotive dealership or OEM background preferred
- Proven ability to develop and implement cross-channel marketing strategies
- Strong experience with digital tools including AutoGate, DealerSocket, Podium, Triage, CMS platforms, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics and CRM systems
- Confident content creation and graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Suite
- Excellent supplier management and budget handling skills
- Clear communication skills and the ability to lead projects independently
- NSW Driver’s Licence and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
