Our team supports clients in unlocking land use potential through defensible technical advice, tailored remediation management strategies, and responsive stakeholder engagement.

Based in our Sydney office, this role is ideal for a driven environmental consultant with 4–5 years’ experience who’s ready to deepen their technical skills while stepping into client-facing work. You’ll be mentored by experienced managers with strong reputations for building technically capable teams and supported to build confidence across both delivery and strategic growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead contaminated or groundwater projects from start to finish
- Prepare detailed technical reports and QA review of junior inputs
- Mentor and train junior staff in field and reporting techniques
- Contribute to proposal development, including technical scope, cost estimation and methodology
- Support business development activities through high-quality project delivery and client engagement
- Develop sampling strategies and conceptual site models
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- BSc/BE in environmental science, earth science or related discipline
- 4–5 years’ experience in contaminated land or environmental consulting
- Strong technical writing and data interpretation skills
- Familiarity with NSW contaminated land legislation and NEPM frameworks
- Demonstrated involvement in successful proposal submissions
- Desire to build BD capabilities and client confidence
- Proven ability to work across multidisciplinary teams
