Our customer relationships and delivering outstanding experiences are critical to our success as a Technology Partner and we are looking for a highly organised and customer focused Service Delivery Coordinator to join our Mildura team. You will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional service delivery, customer satisfaction, and efficient stock management.

Your areas of focus will be:

  • Customer Support – you will build positive relationships and act as the main point of contact for our clients, managing their service requests, inquiries, and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Service Call Management – utilising service management software you will provide high-quality print service, manage technical resources to enhance productivity and first call effectiveness.
  • Procurement and Deployment – process equipment orders in line with customer sales orders and communicate with clients to coordinate deployment of equipment
  • Stock Management – proactive initiative will be taken to ensure stock locations are accurate, utilising warehouse inventory where possible and submitting of warranty returns.

What you need to succeed:

  • Proven experience in customer support or service coordination, preferably in a related industry.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to exercise initiative
  • Proven problem-solving skills, both technically and based on client expectations
