Set over three levels, Jacksons on George will feature a modern, sophisticated public bar on the ground floor, a classic bistro on level 1 and a sun-drenched rooftop and cocktail bar. This new-generation pub and flagship Sydney venue will deliver a consistently activated series of spaces, with unique offerings that evolve throughout the day, providing a remarkable dining and drinking cultural journey. The Position

As part of our venue opening team, we are looking for an experienced Cellar Manager/Store person to join our dynamic team. The venue offering will consist of a broad range of food and beverage products for the three levels of the venue, and experience in a similar large scale venue will be highly regarded.However, all training can be provided for the right candidates with a growth and development mindset and a genuine passion for the hospitality industry. This will be an opportunity to work alongside some of Sydney’s most exceptional hospitality talent.

The Role

Inventory Management – Overseeing inventory of all food and beverage items, cleaning supplies, equipment and all other materials required for venue operation

Stock Control – Maintenance of records surrounding incoming and outgoing stock items\

Goods Receival – Receival of all incoming stock items, quality & quantity inspection, distribution to correct storage area within venue

Storage maintenance – Organise and maintain well structured and clean storage areas throughout the entire venue

Waste Management – Implement and maintain proper procedures for waste disposal, ensuring environmentally responsible procedures are followed

Inventory Audits – Conduct regular inventory audits to verify stock levels and reconciliation of physical stock with records

Inventory Documentation – Keep detailed and up to date records of all inventory related transactions

Order Placement – Collaborate with all relevant departments within the building to facilitate all purchase requests across the venue
