🧾 PHARMACY ASSISTANT – PART-TIME OR FULL-TIME (SATURDAYS REQUIRED)
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant who can bring experience in either stock control, beauty consulting, or vitamins. This is a customer-facing and support-focused role that contributes across multiple areas of the pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with stock management across retail and dispensary departments
- Support merchandising, replenishment, and ticketing of products
- Provide knowledgeable advice to customers on general pharmacy, beauty, or vitamin products
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to maintain inventory levels
- Maintain presentation standards across shelves and displays
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service in line with our team values
We’re Looking For Someone With:
- Previous experience in pharmacy, retail, stock control, beauty or vitamins (essential)
- Certificate II, III, or IV in Community Pharmacy (desirable but not essential)
- A high level of attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confidence using point-of-sale and inventory systems
Work Options:
- Full-time or part-time available for the right candidate, must work Saturdays
💊 DISPENSARY ASSISTANT / DISPENSE TECHNICIAN – PART-TIME OR FULL-TIME
We are also looking for a motivated Dispensary Assistant or qualified Dispense Technician to support our dispensary team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers and being part of a fast-paced pharmacy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with prescription processing and customer service at the dispensary counter
- Work closely with pharmacists, packers, and dispensary team members
- Ensure accuracy in dispensing and inventory handling
- Provide non-therapeutic advice and support product recommendations
- Maintain confidentiality and a professional, friendly approach
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a community pharmacy dispensary
- S2/S3 Certificate (required)
- Certificate II, III, or IV in Community Pharmacy (desirable)
- Familiarity with FRED Dispense (preferred)
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and a team mindset
Flexible Working Options:
- Full-time: 4 longer days or 5 shorter days
- Part-time hours available
