About the role
Working in a fun and lively environment, The Superstar Duty Manager creates memorable moments for guests that will keep them coming back for more. Whist on shift, the ADM is responsible leading, mentoring and acting as a role model for the Front Office team, ensuring service standards are upheld. The ADM makes sound decisions based on situation analysis ensuring our guest and staffs safety is paramount, and therefore this role must be trained as a fire warden and hold a current RSA and First Aid certificate.
We are seeking a warm and welcoming personality, a passion for customer service and the ability to create surprising and memorable experiences whilst leading the Front Office team whilst on shift.
Responsibilities include:
Leading service-excellence operations of the Front Office within the hotel
Management of customer feedback and complaints
Delivering exceptional service experiences
Overseeing the implementation of Doma Hotels policies and procedures ensuring; policies and procedures are adhered
What you will bring

advanced time management skills and ability to manage other competing priorities
motivation to build strong rapport with guests and colleagues through effective communication
leadership and mentoring capabilities to build an inclusive and supportive team
ability work under minimal supervision and maintain the confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data
excellent personal presentation and presence
willingness and ability to exceed expectations
Ability to work rotating shift including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
Understanding of IT applications: Opera PMS, Micros and Microsoft software
