Are you an experience salon business owner or salon manager ready to take your career to the next level? We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Multi-Site Concept Store Manager to oversee the daily operations and strategic growth of Dermalogica’s Flagship Concept Store locations. This is a hands-on leadership role for an individual with strong business acumen, exceptional team leadership, and a passion for delivering excellent client experiences.

As the Multi-Site Concept Store Manager, you will be responsible for budgeting, profit and loss management, business strategy, staff performance, and overall operational excellence. You will also actively perform treatments, motivate and lead your teams, set and track KPIs, and work closely with the General Manager to ensure business goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management

o Oversee the day-to-day operations of Chatswood Concept Store, QVB Concept Store and Melbourne Emporium Concept Store ensuring high standards of service and compliance across all sites.

o Manage rosters, inventory, and resources efficiently to meet operational needs.

• Financial Oversight

o Own the P&L for each location; manage budgets, control costs, and maximise profitability.

o Analyse financial reports and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and reduce expenses.

• Leadership & Team Development

o Lead, motivate, and mentor concept teams to achieve performance goals and deliver exceptional client service.

o Conduct performance reviews, training, and development plans.

o Recruit and onboard high-performing team members.

• Client Experience & Sales Growth

o Promote client retention strategies and loyalty programs.

o Drive retail and service sales by coaching staff on upselling and cross-selling techniques.

o Monitor client feedback and ensure consistent, exceptional experiences.

• Strategy & Planning

o Contribute to the development and execution of business strategies to grow the client base and enhance brand visibility.

o Set and monitor performance targets for individual salons and team members.

o Implement marketing and promotional activities in coordination with the marketing team.

• Treatment Delivery

o Perform treatments as required to support team operations and model best practices. Cover shifts where required.

o Maintain knowledge of the latest trends, products, and techniques in beauty and skincare.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Salon Manager, Multi-site Manager, or Salon Owner/Clinic Owner.

• Strong understanding of profit & loss, budgeting, and financial accountability.

• Exceptional leadership and people management skills with experience in performance development.

• Skilled in treatment delivery, ideally Diploma of Beauty & Dermal Science

• Strong knowledge of sales techniques and client retention strategies.

• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.

• Confident using salon software systems and Microsoft Office.

• Experience managing 2 or more salon/clinic locations.

• Experience in launching or expanding new sites or services.

• Understanding of current trends in beauty, skincare, and wellness industries.
