Croydon Change Management Pharmacy Role

Are you a passionate Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician who enjoys promoting digital systems. This unique role focuses on promoting the Pharmacy First service in General Practice in Croydon. The role will require you to visit GP Practices to support teams to signpost patients to this service.

The role is for 12.5 hours a week – days and times are negotiable

Salary is dependant on experience
