Mobile Plant Operator – Allrounders

The Opportunity:

We have several exciting opportunities for experienced mobile plant operators to join a well-established business with a great team culture located in Karratha, Western Australia. The successful applicants will be working on civil construction projects in Karratha and throughout the Pilbara region – we are searching for someone that is dynamic and open to moving across all projects where their skills align.

We are looking for Allround Operators with extensive experience in the industry and who hold the skills and tickets to operate a variety of machines across a variety of projects undertaking bulk and detailed earthworks.

Minimum: Valid C Class Licence, Roller, Loader, Skid Steer, Excavator, Articulated Dump Truck.

Preferred: HR+ Licence, above tickets and Grader and Dozer ticket.

Desirable: all of the above with Final Trim experience.

You will also need to demonstrate the following:

• Ability to present fit for work at all times. You will need to pass drug and alcohol screening and pre-employment medical.
• Adhere to Company and site safety standards.
• Must have experience in Civil Construction or Earthworks.
• Strong team-work and communication skills.
• Current Rio Tinto Inductions are highly regarded.
