About the Role:
Reporting to the COO, the Regional Manager is a key part of our operational leadership team, overseeing the performance, people, and strategic direction of our regional depots and network.
This role is more than just operations — it’s about leading with sharp instincts, a clear head for strategy, and a genuine heart for people. You’ll care deeply about the growth of your team and your region. You won’t shy away from challenges, and you’ll have a sharp eye for quality, safety, and opportunity.
You’ll thrive on building trusted relationships with your team, peers, and our valued customers — and you’ll know how to turn good into great through consistent action.
About You:
You’re a seasoned transport and logistics leader with a solid operational toolkit and a passion for developing people. You bring clarity, accountability, and calm to the chaos. You’ve got both the credibility to lead from the front and the humility to listen, learn, and collaborate.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in Transport, Logistics, or a related operational mid to senior level leadership role.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to guide, coach, and hold people accountable.
- A mindset of continuous improvement — always looking to lift performance, cost efficiency, and service levels
- Sound judgment, strong decision-making, and calm under pressure
- Tech-savvy with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and modern logistics systems
- A strong commitment to safety and operational excellence
- Relevant tertiary qualifications is desirable (but not essential)
