Technology Integration Coordinator

Coastal Advice Group is on the lookout for a detail-oriented, proactive Technology & Integration Coordinator to join our growing financial planning business. This is not a helpdesk role — it’s about coordinating projects, integrating acquisitions, and ensuring our business makes the most of technology to deliver outstanding client outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Lead integration projects – play a key role in bringing new acquisitions into our business, aligning systems, processes, and people.

• Coordinate technology initiatives – work closely with our external IT partners (MSP), internal teams, and leadership to deliver tech-driven process improvements.

• Support system adoption – ensure smooth onboarding of staff, rollout of new tools, and consistent use of core platforms (MS365, CRM, workflow systems).

• Keep projects moving – track tasks, manage timelines, and provide clear updates to stakeholders.

• Champion innovation – bring fresh ideas on how technology can improve business processes, efficiency, and client experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organisational and project coordination skills — able to manage multiple moving parts and keep everyone aligned.

• Experience in project management, business coordination, or operations (financial services or professional services experience is a plus).

• An interest in technology and business systems — you don’t need to code, but you should understand the basics of IT infrastructure and love finding ways to use tech to improve processes.

• Passionate about technology, with a drive to learn and grow – someone who seeks opportunities where others might not

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a drive to “make things happen.”
