Are you an experienced administrator from a professional services background (legal, accounting, real estate, etc.) looking for a meaningful career pivot? Do you thrive on detail, love working with people, and want to build a long-term future in a values-led business?

We’re on the lookout for a Client Administrator & Receptionist to join our team – someone with a sharp eye for detail, confidence working with documents and financial information, and strong communication skills when liaising with clients. You don’t need to have done it all before – if you’re articulate, accurate, and proactive, we’ll support you with the training and development to grow.

💼 What You’ll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for our clients – professional, empathetic, and solutions-focused.
  • Oversee the office operations for the team, managing Reception, greeting clients and general office duties
  • Support Financial Advisers by managing client meetings, assisting with record keeping, and documentation.
  • Work with our CRM and IT systems such as MS365 and Xplan
  • Coordinate documentation such as agreements, forms, and advice records with precision and efficiency.

What You Bring

  • A solid background in administration within a professional services environment.
  • Strong skills in reviewing and handling documents, contracts, or financial data.
  • High attention to detail and great organisational habits.
  • Clear, confident verbal and written communication – you’re great at explaining complex matters simply.
  • A willingness to learn and grow – especially into the financial advice sector.
