The Gaming Attendant is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective preparation, presentation and operation of the gaming room while providing a high level of services to guests.
About the role:
- Deliver extraordinary guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards
- Replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Comply with RCG & RSA regulations
- Complete shift checklist
- Adhere to gaming policies & procedures
About You:
- Ability to work minimum four shifts per week (24-40hrs)
- Ability to work a seven-day rotating roster
- Product knowledge wine, beer, spirits and basic cocktails
- Knowledge of gaming operations
- A sound knowledge of Gaming legislation
- High attention to detail
- Ability to deliver extraordinary guest services
- Able to handle multiple guests at one time
- 1year prior experience in VIP rooms or Casinos.
- Positive work ethic
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol & Responsible Conduct of Gambling required
