HOUSEKEEPING, CATERING & FUNCTIONS – VARIOUS POSITIONS

Do you have a passion for warm, welcoming hospitality and a commitment to exceptional customer service? If so, we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us with casual, part-time, and full-time options available.

Positions available:

• Housekeeping Supervisor/Assistant Functions Manager: Responsibilities include overseeing housekeeping team and ensuring a clean and comfortable environment as well as supporting our Functions Manager in the smooth running of weddings and events.
• Housekeeping & Catering: Responsibilities include making beds, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, assisting in meal preparation, meal service, and kitchen duties.
• Function Service: Responsibilities include food and beverage service, as well as function set-up and pack-down.

Key Qualifications:

To succeed in these roles, you should have:

• Previous experience working within a hospitality environment
• Strong communication skills
• A high level of physical fitness with the ability to lift heavy items
• A Working with Children check and driver’s licence
• Safe Food Handling and RSA certifications (preferred)

Work Conditions:

• Work hours can vary based on bookings, flexibility to work weekends an advantage.
