BFX Furniture is proudly Australian owned and operated. We specialise in the design, manufacture and supply of education and commercial furniture solutions. We are looking for a casual/contract/temporary sewing machinist to work in our bright, quiet and airy sewing room in Yandina. The role involves industrial sewing on modern sewing machines, cutting from patterns and sewing soft furnishings.

About you:

Experienced sewing machinist.

Commitment to making quality products.

Safety mindset and the ability to follow safety procedures.

Good time management and ability to work to a production schedule.

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Valid driver’s license (own transport is desirable)

If you have CNC cutting and/or upholstery experience, please state this in your cover letter
