The Head Office and Manufacturing Facility is based in Cohuna, Victoria. 

We are seeking a Master Planner Scheduler (MPS) to join our team at our Head Office in Cohuna. This is a pivotal role responsible for planning and scheduling all project milestones in real time, from job creation through to installation. The role ensures that every stage—design, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, freight, and installation—is coordinated effectively while maintaining the schedule’s integrity as the single source of truth. Acting as the central point of communication, you will facilitate smooth project transitions while optimising resources to meet deadlines and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain and drive the Master Production Schedule across all project phases.
  • Collaborate with Sales to forecast upcoming projects and set accurate lead times for quoting and delivery.
  • Coordinate schedules for engineering, design, procurement, manufacturing, FAT/inspections, freight and installation with the support on the internal scheduling admin.
  • Monitor progress, identify potential risks, and take timely action to keep schedules on track.
  • Provide weekly updates and lead production and scheduling meetings.
  • Support continuous improvement by refining scheduling processes and optimising resource use.

About You

You will bring:

  • Experience in planning and scheduling within a complex, multi-stage operational environment.
  • Strong problem-solving ability to identify and resolve disruptions quickly.
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and high pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A clear understanding of how operational inputs – sales, project management, engineering, design, procurement, manufacturing and installation – feed into the schedule.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • High integrity and a business-first mindset, with the ability to balance project priorities against broader organisational goals.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and resource optimisation

A key trait for this role will be self-motivation — the ability to independently lead the scheduling team and prioririse tasks to achieve
