About the role
In this role, you will lead the deployment of our new Manufacturing Operating System (MOS), known as MODE, across client sites in Australia and New Zealand.
You’ll be at the forefront of bringing MODE to life — refining tools and training, enabling consultants, integrating technology, and ensuring clients achieve real, measurable improvements in key manufacturing KPIs such as OEE, yield, giveaway, and changeover performance.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, delivery, and technical) and client stakeholders to ensure MODE is intuitive, effective, and fully embedded within manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of MODE across client manufacturing sites in ANZ.
- Refine and finalise MODE system materials, tools, and training for market readiness.
- Train and support internal consultants to deliver the system effectively.
- Ensure smooth integration of MODE with client systems (e.g. LMS platforms).
- Monitor usage and track performance improvements and ROI.
- Capture user feedback to inform ongoing system enhancement.
- Maintain documentation, version control, and deployment readiness.
- Support sales teams with subject matter expertise and client insights.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and IP protection standards.
This role can be based on Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.
About you
You are an experienced manufacturing professional, consultant, or technical leader with hands-on knowledge of manufacturing performance systems and lean transformation. You’re equally comfortable on the shop floor and in the boardroom, with a passion for delivering value through innovation and continuous improvement.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing operating systems (e.g. TPM, TPS, TRACC, IWS).
- Experience in manufacturing performance improvement and lean practices.
- Ability to lead the roll out of lean projects on manufacturing site.
- Experience in training, coaching, and structured program delivery.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
- Ability to work with system integration and digital tools/platforms.
This role requires a willingness to travel across Australia and New Zealand.
