At Argon & Co, Consultants and Senior Consultants play a key role in delivering high-impact projects for clients across a range of industries. Whether you’re early in your consulting career or bringing several years of experience, you’ll work as part of a collaborative team, solving complex problems, designing practical solutions, and supporting clients to drive real change.

We look for people with strong analytical and communication skills, a background in operational disciplines such as planning, logistics, procurement, manufacturing, or engineering, and a desire to make a difference. Experience in management consulting or internal transformation roles is highly regarded.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver operational improvement and diagnostic projects on client sites, focusing on manufacturing and engineering value streams.
  • Support end-to-end transformation initiatives, including change management.
  • Contribute to customer proposals and presentations.
  • Analyse processes and data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Drive and support implementation efforts with client teams.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for follow-on business (on-sell/cross-sell).

What you will need to succeed:

  • A degree in Engineering, Science, or a related analytical field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing (industry or consulting).
  • Proven track record in operational transformation, particularly in manufacturing environments.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Experience working with clients and stakeholders at various levels.
  • Work experience in manufacturing within FMCG or similar environments.
  • Willingness to travel across Australia.
