Allied Credit is a leading vehicle finance firm with strategic alliances with global car, marine and motorcycle brands Offering white label, joint venture and floorplan finance, our proprietary software provides a seamless, convenient and customer-focused finance service to consumers and businesses.
We are seeking two Product Operations Specialists who will play a key role in ongoing operational management of our Products and support new features and implementations, ensuring efficient and effective execution through process optimisation, planning, analysis, and testing.
The ideal candidates will bring a strong foundation of knowledge in finance and product operations, coupled with excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills.
What you will be doing
• Supporting ongoing maintenance of all product statements, documents, pricing, features, website content, reviews and training materials.
• Working closely with Product Managers to ensure product and process designs comply with relevant legal, regulatory and tax requirements.
• Conducting user research and market analysis to support informed product development.
• Suggesting and implementing refinements to operational processes, conducting as-is and to-be process mapping to identify gaps.
• Support Product Managers to define and refine new product features aligned to business objectives and customer needs.
• Gathering, analysing and reporting on product data using Microsoft Excel to inform decision-making and to track progress.
• Supporting change management activities to ensure smooth adoption across teams.
• Support system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by developing test cases and ensuring requirements are met.
Your background
• Tertiary qualifications applicable to Business, Finance or Commerce.
• Solid foundational experience in financial services or banking, with at least some exposure to product management practices.
• Possessing intermediate -to-advanced skills in Excel and Word.
• Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptability and resilience in dynamic operational and project environments.
• Be able to work collaboratively and effectively manage, communicate with and influence multiple stakeholders.
