Alita Constructions is a Perth-based commercial construction company specialising in tilt panel projects across the industrial, retail, and places of worship sectors. As our pipeline of projects continues to grow, we are expanding our team and currently seeking passionate and experienced professionals to join us in the following roles:

SITE SUPERVISOR

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ LOCAL experience in commercial construction on projects valued $5M+
  • Trade background or tertiary qualification in Construction Management
  • Strong understanding of building practices and processes
  • Supervisors Tilt-Up Work Certificate
  • Tilt panel construction experience is essential
  • Valid WA Driver’s Licence
  • White Card
  • High Risk Licence

CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ LOCAL experience in commercial construction
  • Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of commercial and industrial building requirements
  • Tilt panel project experience including warehouses, retail, industrial, and places of worship ($5M+)

Desirable:

  • Onsite experience
  • JobPac software proficiency

PROJECT MANAGER

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
  • Degree in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying (preferred)
  • In-depth knowledge of tilt panel construction requirements
  • Strong experience in Design and Construct – particularly design management
  • Tilt panel project experience including warehouses, retail, industrial, and places of worship ($5M+)

Skills & Attributes:

  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • High level of organisation and time management
  • Strong leadership with the ability to motivate a team
  • High attention to detail
  • A positive and driven personality

Desirable:

  • Onsite experience
  • JobPac software proficiency
