Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, managing customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring that all customer needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in-person
  • Manage customer accounts and ensure that all information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Process customer orders and ensure that they are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
  • Provide administrative support to the customer service team as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
