Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Digital Strategy Director to join our hybrid team. You will be responsible for providing strategic guidance, defining innovative solutions, and leading initiatives that enhance digital experiences and drive business growth and meaningful change for our clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting new business acquisition, delivering compelling pitch responses, and establishing Aceik as a thought leader in the DXP space.
The successful candidate will blend digital optimisation expertise with business growth strategy, focusing on improving internal processes, managing lead nurture and response coordination, and providing tailored digital strategies and services for clients. You will support both internal and client-based digital marketing, optimisation, and analytics activities, ensuring efficiency and scalability in all digital operations.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
- Collaborate with the sales and multi disciplinary business development teams to develop winning pitch strategies and responses.
- Conduct thorough client discovery sessions to understand business objectives and challenges.
- Craft compelling presentations and proposals that showcase Aceik’s expertise and value proposition.
- Market Insights & Strategic Guidance:
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the DXP landscape.
- Provide strategic recommendations to clients on leveraging DXP technologies to achieve their business goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights on digital strategy, technology, and industry best practices.
- Digital Experience Platform Roadmap Development:
- Develop comprehensive future-state DXP roadmaps that align with clients’ business objectives and user needs.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of DXP implementations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless execution of DXP roadmaps.
Digital Experience Platform Roadmap Development:
- Develop comprehensive future-state DXP roadmaps that align with clients’ business strategic objectives and user (eg customer + employee) needs.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of DXP implementations.
- Collaborate with Creative and Technical teams to ensure seamless execution of DXP roadmaps.
Personalisation & Conversion Optimisation:
- Lead personalisation initiatives to enhance user engagement and drive conversions.
- Develop and implement A/B testing and multivariate testing strategies to optimise digital experiences.
- Utilise digital analytics tools to track, analyse and report on performance metrics, providing actionable insights to drive decision making for clients.
- Analyse data and user behaviour to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends regarding AI and how it can be used to improve personalisation.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in a digital strategy or consulting role to enterprise C-Suite leaders, preferably within a DXP or digital agency environment.
- Deep understanding of DXP technologies and their application in various industries.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Proven ability to provide strategic digital services to clients, including performance reviews and optimisation recommendations.
- Positive track record for contributing to successful new business pitches and general business development
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles
- Experience with CMS, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment, manage multiple projects, and contribute to operational improvements.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Previous experience with products including Sitecore, Google Marketing Suite, and other analytics and marketing automation tools.
